Design and positioning

The construction is built on a total land area of 630sqm situated in 12-14 Cpt. Mircea Vasilescu Street, 4th district. The building has four levels with a total developed area over 1,200sqm. There are 13 apartments of 2, 3 and 4 rooms, with surfaces between 52 and 141sqm built area, as follows:

  • 5 apartments of 2 rooms (area between 52 and 70sqm)
  • 7 apartments of 3 rooms (area between 95 and 141sqm)
  • one apartment of four rooms (117sqm area).

The apartments were designed efficient, ergonomic, with large glass surfaces and functional spaces.
